If you currently live in Knightsbridge or are moving to the area and are looking for home care services, please get in touch.
We have professionally trained care assistants that can support you with everything from washing and bathing to cooking and domestic duties. Our care assistants have experience supporting people with various health conditions, including those with poor mobility or sensory impairment(s) and also those with more complex care needs, such as patients with dementia, traumatic brain or spinal injuries, and multiple sclerosis.
Live-in care is a great option for those who want regular support with as few carers as possible. With our live-in care service, a single care assistant will live with you for an extended period of time and they will be available throughout the day to provide you with planned and ad hoc care support. Visit our live-in care page to learn more about this service.
Knightsbridge is one of the most affluent areas in London, known for high-end shopping and its proximity to famous landmarks, such as Buckingham Palace. Living in Knightsbridge as an elderly person or as a person with disabilities can be very comfortable so long as you feel happy living in a busy area with a bustling international community. There are good transport connections and the neighbourhood is close to some of London’s most renowned hospitals and healthcare facilities, such as the Royal Brompton Hospital and the private clinics found on Harley Street.
Songhaven was launched in 2017 to provide a space for people living with dementia to enjoy professional afternoon concerts. They regularly host free relaxed concerts at St Paul’s Knightsbridge, 32a Wilton Place, London, SW1X 8SH on Saturdays at 3.00pm.
All concerts feature 3 classically-trained musicians performing well-known songs from TV and theatre. The events are dementia-friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Singing along is strongly encouraged. Booking is essential and to do please email songhaven@songhaven.co.uk or call the Church office on 0207 201 9999.

Harley Street, situated in the neighbouring area of Marylebone, is globally recognised as a prestigious medical hub. With a rich history spanning over two centuries, it has established itself as a centre of medical excellence in London, boasting some of the finest doctors in the world.
Within and around Harley Street, a diverse range of medical facilities can be found, such as private hospitals, general practitioners, and specialised services like podiatry and psychiatry. People from around the globe often travel here to seek medical care, and the medical professionals in this area are well-acquainted with attending to patients with unique requirements.
Our care assistants regularly support clients attending appointments and medical procedures around Harley Street. We offer a specialised post-operative care service, where we collect you or your loved one after a medical procedure and ensure a safe return to a hotel or home.
Our care services are based on personal experience
We understand, first-hand how important it is to secure flexible and bespoke home care for your loved one.
“Tiggo Care is born out of my own personal experiences, following my struggle to find suitable care for my parents, both of whom lived with rare diseases..."
Chris Williams - Tiggo Care Founder
At Tiggo Care we understand how precious your loved one is to you and how unique they are. We also appreciate how overwhelming it can be to research and source the most suitable type of care.
We fundamentally believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ care package and like to work with you and your loved one to understand your specific requirements. We’ll then create a tailored care package and match your relative with their ideal carer.
Unlike some other care providers, we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means we are regularly inspected, rated and audited and ensures that we are a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led organisation, committed to delivering the best possible care.
We’re also proud members of the Homecare Association, the U.K’s membership body for home care providers, which holds organisations to a high set of standards and requests them to abide by a strict code of practice
At Tiggo Care, all our carers undergo a rigorous recruitment and induction process. They are fully vetted and background checked, with all references followed up. Our carers also undertake their training on the best eLearning system currently available within the UK care market, ensuring they are well placed to deliver the best possible service. Specialist training courses such as moving and handling, medications and basic life support are also completed by our carers face to face, as we feel these courses are more effective when delivered in person.
