The Love to Move Exercise and Lunch Club at Wimbledon Library offers a chair-based exercise class perfect for older adults, including those with dementia or mild cognitive decline. This gentle workout stimulates both sides of the brain, improving physical health and brain function, which can help with coordination and promote more independent daily living.

The club runs every Monday afternoon from 12:00 pm to 1:45 pm and costs £10 per session, which includes a delicious lunch with a sandwich, tea or coffee, snack, and cake. Merton Mencap Community Sports

Every Tuesday morning, Merton Mencap hosts a community sports session designed for individuals with learning disabilities who may not qualify for social care support.
