At Tiggo Care, we aim to maximise your quality of life by offering respectful, person-centred care. Our live-in carers support with daily routines, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and more. Our night care service offers two flexible options: a waking night service, where the carer remains awake and ready to support throughout the night, or a sleeping night service, where the carer can rest but is on standby for any urgent needs. You can arrange these services for yourself or a loved one, ensuring peace of mind. Contact us now to discuss how we can support you at home.
Live-in care is a great option for those who want regular support with as few carers as possible. With our live-in care service, a single care assistant will live with you for an extended period of time and they will be available throughout the day to provide you with planned and ad hoc care support. Visit our live-in care page to learn more about this service.
Shepherd’s Bush in West London is known for its shopping and as the home of Europe’s largest shopping centre at Westfield. Hence, there is easy access to groceries, health services, and leisure activities. Main roads, such as the Uxbridge Road, provide good transport links, simplifying medical visits or any day trips. This diverse neighbourhood blends peaceful residential living with vibrant entertainment. The area offers reliable transport links via Tube, Overground, and buses, enabling access for people with varied mobility needs.
We suggest exploring the free computer sessions available Monday to Friday in Shepherd's Bush. Friendly volunteers guide older adults through online basics, including emails and social media, and also help with smartphones or tablets. Those with more advanced needs may pick up skills like online shopping and staying safe on the internet. A drop-in Cyber Café runs weekdays, 10am to 4pm, at 105 Greyhound Road, with Windows 10 computers and internet. Call 0207 386 9085 or email digital@ageukhf.org.uk to book or learn more. These classes open digital doors and keep people connected. Staying in touch with loved ones has never felt simpler.
We suggest exploring inclusive swimming lessons at the Better Centres, where disabled adults and children can benefit from their SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) programmes. Options include one-to-one sessions for those needing extra support, plus group classes designed for more confident swimmers. Each instructor has training to help people with different access needs so anyone can develop water skills. Most facilities have wheelchair-friendly entrances and poolside aids, so you or your loved ones can swim without barriers. Check your local centre’s timetable, and remember to ask about specific accessibility measures. For questions or bookings, dial 03301231500 and discover how swimming can be safe, fulfilling, and fun.
Our care services are based on personal experience
We understand, first-hand how important it is to secure flexible and bespoke home care for your loved one.
“Tiggo Care is born out of my own personal experiences, following my struggle to find suitable care for my parents, both of whom lived with rare diseases..."
Chris Williams - Tiggo Care Founder
At Tiggo Care we understand how precious your loved one is to you and how unique they are. We also appreciate how overwhelming it can be to research and source the most suitable type of care.
We fundamentally believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ care package and like to work with you and your loved one to understand your specific requirements. We’ll then create a tailored care package and match your relative with their ideal carer.
Unlike some other care providers, we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means we are regularly inspected, rated and audited and ensures that we are a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led organisation, committed to delivering the best possible care.
We’re also proud members of the Homecare Association, the U.K’s membership body for home care providers, which holds organisations to a high set of standards and requests them to abide by a strict code of practice
At Tiggo Care, all our carers undergo a rigorous recruitment and induction process. They are fully vetted and background checked, with all references followed up. Our carers also undertake their training on the best eLearning system currently available within the UK care market, ensuring they are well placed to deliver the best possible service. Specialist training courses such as moving and handling, medications and basic life support are also completed by our carers face to face, as we feel these courses are more effective when delivered in person.
